Service providers need to acknowledge current inequalities and inadequacies in the design and delivery of services, and actively promote services to a wider range of family groupings.. All public funded agencies should re-examine their definition and understanding of family to ensure all families in Ireland are included.. FDI Action.. Submission to the Family Support Agency in 2003 recommending their services be family proofed and accessable to all families..
