This issue has been identified as a problem between Eircom and our carriers, and is being investigated as a matter of urgency.. Jun.. 14.. Dropped Calls.. Some customers may currently be experiencing dropped calls.. Our engineers are investigating the cause of these issues and believe them to be resolved, we will update this page if further problems occur.. 01.. Possible Downtime.. Due to essential engineering work to add stability to our core network, there is a possibility of a short loss of service between 20:00 and 20:15 on Monday 4th June.. Engineers will ensure that any outage is minimised.. May.. 31.. Resolved: Intermittent issue accessing our servers.. Intermittent issues on VoIP calls.. 15:25 - We have become aware of an intermittent issue receiving calls from certain networks on some of our numbers.. In addition to this, we were also seeing some problems on outbound calls, where the call would disconnect immediately upon being answered.. We have resolved this by temporarily routing outbound calls through our UK sister company.. You may notice, however, that caller ID will show with a +44 prefix..
